Shipping and Packaging (XPO, Estes, FedEx)

Products are packaged to provide maximum protection to arrive in the same condition as when they left our plant and the box is designed to be used to store your panels.

We work with a shipping broker to ensure you get the best rate, but the ideal carrier varies depending on the size of the order. We primarily ship through XPO, Estes, FedEx. Transit times run 2 to 3 days.

Large orders are normally delivered to your local freight terminal (aka, Common Carrier Depot) and you should plan to pick up your shipment with a pickup truck or SUV. Smaller shipments (less than 60 lbs) can be shipped to the homeowner's address.

It might sound overwhelming to pick up a pallet at a freight terminal, but carriers know how to handle consumers and small business owners. The depots generally have clear signage, a customer support person, and helpful staff.

Your shipping box is designed to ensure your panels' safe arrival and doubles as a storage box for the panels in the off-season. These are substantial boxes made with ¾” wood frames and Coroplast sides for long life as the corrugated plastic will not absorb moisture or humidity.
